What is the Tŷ Hafan online store and what can I buy?

Here at the online store you’ll find our wonderful collection of branded products and merchandise, with 100% of the proceeds going to tŷ hafan. From handy tote bags to lovely Christmas cards, the online store is the perfect place to purchase a special gift while supporting tŷ hafan at the same time. We also have an exclusive range of products that have been designed and produced to kit you out for tŷ hafan events and fundraising activities. You can also head over to our eBay store to browse our beautiful collection of hand-picked and unique second hand items.

Can I buy more than one item at once?

You can order as many items as you like from the online store, simply add the items you’d like to purchase to your cart – there’s a little cart icon on each product. When you’ve finished shopping just click on the cart and you’ll see all your items ready to purchase. Where possible we’ll send all of your items together and combine the postage costs for you at the checkout.

How can I pay?

To pay for your items and complete your order you will be asked to follow a few short steps at the checkout such as providing your delivery address. You can pay for your order via PayPal. When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days of your order being placed. Working days are classed as Monday-Friday excluding public holidays. If your order is needed for a certain date, for example if it is a birthday gift, please get in contact with the online team via email onlinestore@tyhafan.org and we will try our very best to dispatch your order as quickly as possible (we will confirm whether this is possible via email).

When will my order arrive?

We send our orders with the Royal Mail Service which has an estimated delivery time of 3–5 working days. Working days are classed as Monday-Friday excluding public holidays. Unfortunately there may occasionally be delivery delays out of our control due to unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions and industrial action. My order hasn't arrived within the estimated time what should I do?

If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery time (allowing a few days for postal delays) please let us know so we can look into this for you. Just send us a quick email to onlinestore@tyhafan.org

My order is wrong or incomplete what should I do?

We are so sorry if your order is incorrect or incomplete, we check all of our orders so we apologise if there has been a mix up. Please send a message to the online team at onlinestore@tyhafan.org so that we can look into this for you.

Am I able to return or exchange my order if I change my mind?

You can return or exchange your order within 30 working days (Monday-Friday excluding public holidays) of receiving it (receipt date is calculated on standard delivery times provided by the postal service).
