How to return your order:

  1. Inform the online team of your returns request by sending a quick email to onlineshop@tyhafan.org
  2. Repackage your item including a note stating your name, order number, reason for return and whether you are requesting a refund or exchange (unfortunately we are unable to cover the postage cost of sending a return back to us unless previously agreed by the online team)
  3. Send your return back to us within 30 working days of receiving it with a service that insures the cost of your item (keeping proof of postage)

 

Returns Policy:

  • Please notify the online team via email (onlineshop@tyhafan.org) of your returns request
  • You can return your order within 30 working days (Monday-Friday excluding public holidays) after receiving it (receipt date calculated on standard delivery times provided by the postal service)
  • We are unable to accept returns after this period unless item is damaged or faulty and the return is agreed by the online team
  • Items must be returned unused, in a resalable condition, as it was received (we cannot accept returns on pierced items or personalised garments)
  • Please include a note stating your name, order number, reason for return and whether you are requesting a refund or exchange
  • Customers are responsible for covering the postage costs of returning an order, and retaining proof of postage. If an order is incorrect or faulty please contact the online team who will discuss postage options with you
  • Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 5 working days of receiving your return (Monday-Friday excluding public holidays). If an item is out of stock you will be notified by the online team and given the expected date your item will be back in stock. Refunds can be provided if you are unable to wait for your item to be restocked
  • Unfortunately we are unable to refund postage costs unless agreed by the online team (due to an item being incorrect, damaged or faulty)
